A number of individual owners rent their units directly via Airbnb, VRBO, etc., or hire independent management companies.  If you are renting a unit, you are responsible to follow all of the same rules that your unit’s owner is required to follow. 

Vending /ice machine:  Basement of Building 2 has ice and vending machines.  Building 1 has a vending machine in the stairwell adjacent to the front lobby. 

Compass Management Services is NOT responsible for helping renters with individual units (Compass Mgmt. handles common area facilities only).  If you are renting, you must secure the codes to entry to the outer doors, pool and individual unit from the owner or owner’s management company, not Compass.

Compass Management Services are available to help with common area issues (snow removal, hallways, pool maintenance, etc.).  Individual owners or owners’ management companies are responsible for all other assistance.

Pets

Pets are not permitted by renters at Park Station except where Federal Guidelines provide exception.

Outdoor Pool and Hot Tub Info

Park Station’s outdoor pool and hot tub are wonderful spots to relax with friends and take in the beauty of outdoor Park Station. Be safe, follow the posted rules, and NO GLASS CONTAINERS (we provide free plastic cups near spa area, and units should provide plastic cups also). The code to the pool and spa gate is separate from the entry doors to the two buildings.

Indoor Spa / sauna / restrooms, locker-rooms & shower facilities:

The basement level of building #2 has both an indoor renovated large hot tub, sauna, and public restroom/locker-room/shower facilities.

Common Area in Building Two (available for rental)

There is a large common area under building two that is available for rental.  The room holds 50 people for various type functions.  Please contact Compass Management Services for rental inquiries. 

 

Vending Machines

There are vending machines in the north stairwell of building one and the basement of building two.

 

Laundry

There are two pairs of coin operated laundry on the fourth floor of building one, and three pair of laundry in the basement of building two.

 

Parking

Each unit has a free (undesignated) parking spot available.  Cars must have the proper pass, attainable from the management company or condo owner that you rent from.  All outdoor parking spots in front of building one and along Deer Valley Drive parking lot are options.  There are also a handful of marked, covered spots under Towne Point Condos.

Trash and Recycling

The trash and recycling bins are in the parking lot along Deer Valley Drive, at the bottom of the ramp to the parking lot near building #2 (Deer Valley side).  They are attached to the back of Towne Pointe Condo building 1.

Quiet Hours

10:00 pm until 9:00 am daily

Fitness Room

There are not fitness machines on premise; the HOA is looking to add one in the coming year.  A number of owners recommend Silver Mountain Sports that has a location in Park City and Kimball Junction. www.silvermountainspa.com
